Arugula pesto

This arugula pesto recipe uses only few ingredients but the outcome is amazing homemade pesto you can serve your favorite salad or pasta with.

1 heaping cup

Prep Time

Ingredients

  • 2 cups arugula
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve the pesto with pasta or salad, or store in a jar in the refrigerator.
