Cherry Pancakes with Cherry Sauce - a simple way to take your classic American-style pancakes recipe to the next level!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup fresh pitted cherries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a preheated non stick pan, add 2 Tbsp of the batter per pancake. Sprinkle some pitted cherries on top of the batter and cook for 1 minute per side.
  3. Serve hot with homemade cherry sauce!
