Description

The fiber from the blueberries and oatmeal, combined with the protein from the milk and yogurt, make the Blueberry Blast Smoothie the perfect grab-and-go breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp ground walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses. Decorate with more fresh blueberries and ground walnuts.
