This recipe for chunky guacamole makes an easy salad or side dish. Only 4 basic ingredients - avocado, tomato, spring onion and lemon.
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1 spring onion
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- ground cumin
- ground black pepper
- pinch of salt
- fresh cilantro leaves
- Cut the avocado and the tomato in small cubes.
- Mince the spring onion and cilantro leaves.
- Mix the chopped vegetables in small bowl.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Season with a pinch of cumin, salt and pepper.
