Description

This recipe for chunky guacamole makes an easy salad or side dish. Only 4 basic ingredients - avocado, tomato, spring onion and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 spring onion
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • ground cumin
  • ground black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado and the tomato in small cubes.
  2. Mince the spring onion and cilantro leaves.
  3. Mix the chopped vegetables in small bowl.
  4. Add the lemon juice.
  5. Season with a pinch of cumin, salt and pepper.
