Easy Whole Wheat Irish Soda Bread

Description

This Soda Bread recipe uses only 4 ingredients: whole-wheat flour, yogurt, baking soda and just a tablespoon of added salt.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt and baking soda. Mix to combine.
  3. Add the flour and salt. Mix well until the dough comes together. Transfer it to a well floured surface and shape it into a loaf. Place it into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Bake it for 45 minutes to an hour.
  4. Allow to cool before serving.
