Description

Extremely easy to make hummus with chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and spices for deliciously rich flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpeas, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 - 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed.
  2. Serve with pita chips or raw vegetables like carrots, celery, cucumber.
