Description

Wild Berries and Yogurt Parfaits. The sweet and pretty combination: yogurt layered with wild blueberries and blueberry jam, all topped with biscuit crumbs.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh wild blueberries
  • 2 tsp blackberry jam
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled digestives biscuits

Instructions

  1. In 2 glasses, layer yogurt, crumbled biscuits, wild berries and blueberry jam. Alternate layers of yogurt with biscuit crumbs and fruits until glasses are filled.
  2. Serve the parfaits immediately to keep the biscuit crumbs crunchy.
