Wild Berries and Yogurt Parfaits. The sweet and pretty combination: yogurt layered with wild blueberries and blueberry jam, all topped with biscuit crumbs.
- 1/2 cup fresh wild blueberries
- 2 tsp blackberry jam
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1/2 cup crumbled digestives biscuits
- In 2 glasses, layer yogurt, crumbled biscuits, wild berries and blueberry jam. Alternate layers of yogurt with biscuit crumbs and fruits until glasses are filled.
- Serve the parfaits immediately to keep the biscuit crumbs crunchy.
